After a collaboration with Vibram and its first outdoor style, VEJA creates a shoe designed for trekking and hiking.
The name of the "Fitz Roy" sneaker is a tribute to the homonymous mountain range that hikers from all over the world dream of climbing, located on the border between Argentina and Chile. First called by the Tehuelche Indians as "the smoking mountain", two French mountaineers managed to climb it for the first time in 1952.
The Fitz Roy is a technical trekking shoe with a solid and stable sole, thanks to the multidirectional crampons and the Rock-Plate. Its 100% recycled polyester Trek-Shell upper is durable and water resistant: its tightly woven fabric is treated with a PFC-free durable water repellent.
